You may need to consider sizing up as the insulation slightly reduces the space inside. If you are at the lower end of your size or have very low volume feet you shouldn't need to size up - please reach out if you are unsure.
Select the size that has an insole length at least 1.0cm longer than your actual foot length - around 1.4-1.6cm longer than your foot length is the sweet spot for these boots.
