Shipping policy

Shipping times will vary depending on whether they are in stock with us, or need to be shipped from our suppliers.

If your order contains a mix of in stock and pre-order items, they will all be shipped together when the pre-order items are ready.

Please note that shipping times are an estimate only as shipping delays can occur that are outside of our control. Shipping times may be longer in December/January.

We will endeavour to keep you updated if we become aware of any delays, and you will always receive a tracking number from us that you can check and let us know if your items do not arrive as expected.

In stock items

Any items already in stock will be sent within 2 working days, with expected delivery within 1 week of your order. 

Note: the button will say 'Add to cart' if the item is in stock, and 'Pre-order' if not.

Pre-order items

Xero

We expect to receive Xero pre-order items to our warehouse within 1-2 weeks of your order date, then will ship them to you within 2 working days.

Be Lenka, Barebarics and Bohempia

These are our European partners and shipping is taking longer than it used to. We expect you to receive your items within 2-4 weeks of ordering, this is sometimes dependent on the timing of your order with when we are going to put our order through with the supplier. You can always check directly with us for a clearer estimate at the time you are ordering.

PaperKrane

We expect to receive PaperKrane pre-order items to our warehouse within 2 weeks of your order date, then will ship them to you within 2 working days.
