Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@roambarefoot.co.nz, or you can request it via your customer account.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks, toe spacers, massage balls, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Our top priority is to get you shoes that fit you well and that you are happy with. Our preference is to first offer an exchange if your shoes do not fit you properly. You may exchange for a different size or a different style, however if we do not have the required size or style in stock we will offer you a store credit or a refund. Note that if you are exchanging for a different style that has a different price to your original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference (or you will be refunded the difference if it is less). You will also be required to pay the shipping cost for us to send your replacement items to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase amount (not including shipping cost) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
