If you've been living in barefoot shoes, you know the moment: the wedding, the work event, the date night where you want to look actually dressed up. Suddenly your everyday flats feel like exactly the wrong choice. Most "elegant" barefoot options are still a compromise. The Lilea isn't.

The d'Orsay silhouette (open at the sides to reveal the arch of your foot) gives the Lilea the visual elegance of a heeled shoe with none of the damage. Gold details, an adjustable hook fastening, and a design that reads as genuinely occasion-ready.

Two important fit notes: the strap length means these aren't ideal if you have a high instep. If that's you, reach out before ordering and we'll point you in the right direction. And while the size chart shows quite narrow width of the insole, there is definitely more space inside and due to the design they will fit wider feet than at first glance. While the Lilea's insole shows a similar narrow width to their other ballet flat styles, the design of the toe box and the open middle section means the fit is actually wider than Be Lenka’s other dressy styles. It is more accessible to a broader range of feet than most dressy barefoot options - reach out to us with your measurements if you'd like help deciding if they're right for your feet.

Due to the length of the fastening strap, these are not suitable for those with a high instep. Again, if you’re unsure, please reach out before ordering.

We recommend choosing a size where the insole is 0.5–1cm longer than your actual foot length. These run longer than Be Lenka sneaker styles, so your size is likely to be a size down from your Be Lenka sneaker size.
