It’s called the Genesis because it was inspired by Xero's first product, their DIY sandal kit, and one of mankind’s first footwear designs. Then, of course, they updated it with the experience they’ve had and feedback they’ve gotten, from making barefoot-friendly sandals since 2009.

Size Guide
The sizes listed are women's US sizing. See the size chart below for measurements and size conversions. We recommend ordering your usual size, or size down if you are between sizes.
Points to consider for sizing:
- The Genesis sandal is a unisex style. For example a men’s 7 is the same exact shoe as a women’s 8.
- The sole of the Genesis is very thin and flexible. We recommend a snug fit for this style.

Choosing the right size
Please ensure you have measured your feet - see our how to measure my feet guide - and check the size chart for each style (see above). Be Lenka size charts may not correlate with other brands and are also different between the different styles of shoe.
We recommend adding an extra 0.5 - 1.2 cm to the total length of your foot, which will give you the ideal shoe size.
