Xero and PaperKrane pre-orders close 18 October

Both Xero and PaperKrane pre-orders close on Sunday 18 October. Both brands, one deadline.

And they won't re-open for the rest of 2026.

Why? A few reasons. We want to ensure there's no chance you won't get your shoes before the busy season, and it will free up our time and energy to focus on in-stock orders. We will also be taking a careful look at what styles we will offer in 2027, so some styles may be removed.

What does this mean for you?

• Until Sunday 18 October: pre-order any PaperKrane or Xero style, colour or size we offer. The full range is open to you - if it's in stock with PK or Xero, we can get it.
• After 18 October: you can still buy PaperKrane and Xero from us, but only what we physically have in stock. That's a much smaller range of styles and sizes.

So if there's a pair you've been thinking about (a particular colour, something for summer, a size at either end of the range that we don't have in stock, now's the time.

How pre-orders work:

• Just order like you normally would through the website (the button on the product page will say "Pre-order" instead of "Add to cart")
• Pre-orders placed by 18 October arrive by the end of October
• You can return within 14 days of receiving the shoes for an exchange or refund if they don't fit
