Meet the HFS II — the light, flexible road runner that lets your feet do the work.

Most running shoes are built up with thick foam and a raised heel, which means your feet never get to move or feel the ground. The HFS II is the opposite: a low, flexible, zero-drop sole with a wide toe box, so your toes can spread and your feet can work naturally with every stride.

A thin layer of BareFoam™ takes the sting out of hard roads without numbing your feet. The sole wraps up around the edges, so it looks like a regular running shoe even though it rolls up in your hand. The tyre-tread outsole grips on footpaths and light trails, and the breathable mesh upper keeps you cool. It's just as good in the gym or for everyday wear.

The HFS II's light cushioning makes it a friendly first barefoot running shoe, but build up your distance slowly. Already converted? This is your daily road runner and gym shoe.

FIT GUIDE ▼

These shoes run true to size and suit narrow to regular width feet. They have a roomy toe box but are lower volume overall, giving a close, sock-like fit. Select the size that has an insole length 0.6–1.2cm longer than your actual foot length. Get the size on the lower end of the insole length for a snug fit, or up if you'll wear thicker socks.
