Lower North Island Pop-ups

We are hoping to come to Wellington and Palmerston North!

We're wanting to run some pop-up shops - one day in each location - in late August. The proposed dates are:

Thursday 27 August for Palmerston North

Saturday 29 August for Wellington

Location?

Locations are yet to be determined. We will be looking for somewhere pretty central in each place, with easy access to parking and/or public transport.

What's the deal?

There's no cost to come, and no obligation to buy. We just want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to try barefoot shoes in person, and gain confidence in selecting styles and sizes that will work for them.

We are asking you to please register your interest so we have an idea of who and how many people would come - these pop-ups are viable for us if we don't have enough interest. We plan to confirm whether we're coming or not by the 31st of July.

The registration form also includes a space to write what particular styles you are keen to see and/or what you "usual size" is.

We can't bring everything, but we will do our best to bring what you're after, or something similar.

Either way, these pop-ups are an awesome opportunity for you to:

  • ☑️ Try barefoot shoes in person
  • ☑️ Bring friends or family who may be curious but are too uncertain to buy online
  • ☑️ See a wide range across different brands and styles so you can figure out what  works best for your feet
  • ☑️ Access pop-up only discounts
  • ☑️ Chat with us about anything related to shoes, socks, how to transition, how to care for you feet - we will nerd out on foot health all day, every day 😅
  • ☑️ Meet and chat with other barefoot enthusiasts!

Roadtripping!

We know it can be really hard buying online, and a big part of our mission at Roam Barefoot is to make switching to barefoot shoes as accessible and as easy as possible for New Zealanders.

Pop-ups like this are hopefully going to be a regular part of what we offer, but we do need people to show up to make it worthwhile! So please do register your interest, let your friends and family know, bring others along... Spreading the word really helps.

Thank you!!
