Which Be Lenka shoes are right for you?

If you've been looking through all the Be Lenka options we offer and have no idea where to start, here's a quick guide.

'I just want a good everyday sneaker.'

Rebound: casual, flexible and probably the one to look at if you like the classic canvas sneaker/Chucks kind of look. An easy everyday shoe that comes in a bunch of colors.

Core: a simple sneaker that goes with pretty much everything. A good option if you want something a little more polished than the Rebound, but still very much an everyday shoe.

Echo: another casual everyday option, but with a more retro vibe and generous volume.

'I want something for the gym or being active.'

Velocity: this is the one we'd point you towards if you're looking for something sportier for the gym, exercise or just an active everyday shoe. It's lightweight, flexible and has more of an athletic sneaker feel.

Velore: a light mesh fabric with some good colour options, this is an alternative to the Velocity if you have narrower feet and typically stay away from Be Lenka.

'I want something for walking and getting outside.'

Have a look at the Trailwalker 3.0, Trailair and Trailtech.

The Trailwalker is still one of our all-time favourites for that combination of grip, flexibility and barefoot feel.

The Trailair is worth a look if you want something lighter and more breathable that can also double as a gym shoe, while Trailtech is the one to look at if you want something more technical for trailwalking/hiking. 

'I want something a bit dressier.'

Have a look at Buena, Lilea and Bellissima 3.0.

These are the shoes for work, dinners, weddings, events, dresses, or the days when you’re not keen on sneakers.

And we'll have more to say about the Bellissima tomorrow, because one of our customers has put hers through a fairly excellent test involving a ball and a LOT of dancing.

'I'm already thinking about next winter.'

We know. It's spring.

But Winter 3.0 and Entice Neo are available to pre-order now, and this is exactly why we keep talking about ordering for the season ahead.

We're in the opposite season to Europe, so waiting until NZ winter to look for European winter shoes often means colours and sizes have already disappeared.
